The Absent Bullfinch Fine Art Print

The European Bullfinch is a bird I have been searching for, but so far, it has remained just out of sight. Despite being relatively common in my area, I have yet to see one in the wild or welcome one into my garden. I have seen plenty of photographs, though, and its beautiful combination of soft grey, vivid pink and deep black makes it a bird that is hard not to notice.

The Absent Bullfinch is my small tribute to something that is there, even when I haven't managed to see it yet. Perhaps that is part of what makes searching for nature so rewarding - slowing down, looking carefully, and noticing what might otherwise pass unseen.

Bullfinches are also known for forming lifelong pair bonds, adding another quiet layer of connection to this colourful little bird.

Sometimes, the things we are looking for take patience. And sometimes, simply paying attention is enough to make us notice how much beauty is already around us.

Printed art is a minimal and chic way to elevate your space. The artwork stands out from any angle as the matte museum-quality paper diffuses the light.

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it may take a bit longer to be delivered it to you.
